ACC
In an accident where there has been damage to your teeth, it is important that you contact a dentist as soon as possible. They can then assess the seriousness of the injury, and arrange treatment accordingly. All ACC claims have to be registered within 12 months of the accident.
Winz and community card holders
If you are on a benefit, pension or a student allowance you may be entitled to financial assistance from WINZ for urgent dental treatment. We will arrange a time to do an estimate for you to take to Winz, you will need to contact your Winz office to see if you are eligable.
Oral Health Services for adolescents
This is a free government system for dental health care for School Year 9 to under 18year olds. We are currently enrolling teenagers under this scheme,
Orthodontics
If during a dental examination you have been recommended to
have a consultation with an orthodontist a referral will be arranged for you. There may be a charge for this service.
