Dear Dentists and others who work at Grey Street,

I recently had a couple of appointments at your dental surgery and am writing to praise and to congratulate everyone that i came into contact with. The receptionist, dental assistant, Venus, Fiona and her assistant were all without question friendly, helpful and in Venus's and Fiona's case explained what was happening extremely well.

My friends and I were having one of those pub discussions the other day and the topic of dentists came up. While others in the group were critical on a number of fronts I had nothing but glowing comments about the professionals that I dealt with. Keep up the great work.
